By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Research Use Only policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, to buy from Seratide. You confirm this with a required checkbox at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.

All products are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, are not sold as drugs, foods or cosmetics, and have not been approved by the FDA. You agree not to use, resell or supply any product for human or animal use. If you indicate human or animal use or ask about dosing, we cancel and refund any of your orders that have not shipped. We may also refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe breaches this section.

We describe products by compound name, strength, form, container and lot number, and try to keep that information accurate. Lot records shown on the site are specimen records until an issued laboratory report replaces them, and are labeled accordingly. Product information is not a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at checkout. If a price or listing error is found we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full. Payment is processed by our payment processor; we do not store card details.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

Products are provided for their stated research specifications and otherwise “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axe Cap Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from use of a product contrary to its research use only designation. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

You agree to indemnify Axe Cap Holdings LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or of the Research Use Only policy, or from your misuse of any product.

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
