Help, written by the people who pack the boxes.

Everything below is real and current: how the 211 SKUs on our fourteen shelves are tested, how a lot is verified, when a parcel leaves, what can be returned, and what our accounts do. No placeholders, no dead ends.

The six questions we actually get

Answered here rather than linked away. The longer list lives in the full FAQ.

1

Can I use any of this on myself?

No. Every item Seratide sells — the vitamins and minerals exactly as much as the lyophilised compounds — is supplied for Research Use Only, and none of it is for human or animal consumption. We cannot advise on human use, on quantities, or on how anything here would be taken, and we will not do so by email either. The full position is written out on the Research Use Only page.

2

Why does my lot report show potency above 100%?

Because potency is reported as a percentage of label claim, not as purity. A 400 mg capsule assaying at 102.1% of claim contains roughly 409 mg of the declared material — slightly over the printed figure, which is ordinary and expected. A 90–110% window is the normal acceptance range for a capsule, tablet, softgel, powder or liquid lot, and a result outside it fails. Purity is a separate measurement, and it is the one reported for lyophilised material.

3

How do I check the lot I actually received?

Every bottle, tub and vial carries a QR that opens the analysis for that exact lot — no app, no account, no login. You can also type the code from the label straight into the verification page; codes take the shape of SRT-9954-VIT. If a code on a label does not resolve, stop and email us a photo of the label before the material is used for anything.

4

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are prepared and dispatched the same day; anything after that goes out the next business day. Tracking is emailed the moment the carrier label is created, so a quiet inbox usually means the label has not been cut yet. You can also look the order up yourself at order tracking using the order number and the email address on the order.

5

Do I need an account to order?

No. Guest checkout runs end to end and an account is never required to buy anything. An account is worth having if you want order history, saved shipping addresses, or a subscription you can pause and cancel yourself — you can create one at any point. Guest orders stay trackable without one at /help/track.

6

Can I pay yet?

Not yet, and we would rather say that than fake it. Our merchant gateway is still being provisioned, so checkout will walk you through the full basket and shipping flow but will not attempt to take money. At launch we will accept major credit and debit cards. We are not naming a processor, badging a card brand, or listing a wallet before the contract is signed.

Still stuck? Talk to a person.

Email support@seratide.com or use the contact form and pick a topic — it routes the message to whoever can answer it. Include your order number or the lot code from the label and we can pull the exact record on the first reply.

For Research Use Only. Not for human consumption. Not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary use. Seratide cannot advise on human use, and our team will not discuss it — not on the phone, not by email. Questions about laboratory handling, lot analysis, storage and shipping are exactly what we are here for.
