Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Effective September 26, 2026. Seratide is a brand of Axe Cap Holdings LLC.
What we collect
Information you give us when you create an account, place an order or contact us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, order history and messages. We also collect basic technical data about how the site is used (such as pages visited, browser type and IP address) to operate and secure it.
How we use it
To process, ship and support your orders; to operate your account; to respond to messages; to detect and stop fraud and misuse; to verify eligibility (21+, research use); and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Payment data
Card details are entered into and handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation and limited details such as card type and last four digits.
Partner applicants
If you apply to the partner program, we collect your name, email, the links you give us and your audience size. We use them to review your application. If you become a partner, the tax details on your IRS Form W-9 are held only for tax filing and are never stored on the website.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we need to operate — payment processing, shipping carriers, email delivery and hosting — and only what they need to do that work, under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and recording that you have passed the age check. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention and security
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and other data only as long as it is needed. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
Age
This site is for adults aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@seratide.com. We honor the privacy rights that apply to you under the law of your state.
Packaging
Orders ship in plain outer packaging. Product names are not printed on the outside of a parcel.
