We can answer questions about orders, lot records, storage and shipping. We do not advise on any use outside the laboratory, and we may cancel orders where we believe a product is intended for human or animal use.

Because a research catalog should describe what the material is — compound name, strength, form, container and lot. We describe what published studies looked at, and make no claims about effects in humans or animals.

It lists the topics that published lab and clinical studies of that compound looked at. Where there is no human data, the line says so in brackets, for example “(animal studies)” or “(lab studies)”. That describes the research, not what a vial does, and it is not a claim about effects in humans or animals.

Purity, measured by HPLC, is the main peak's share of the trace: how much of what the machine sees is the right peptide. It does not tell you how much peptide is in the vial. The powder also holds water and salt (usually acetate or TFA), and the salt is part of the weight, so the amount of actual peptide — the peptide content — is measured separately. The two numbers are not the same thing. The strength on the label is the amount of powder in the vial; the lab report shows how much of that is peptide.

Store the sealed vial in a freezer (−20 °C) for long-term storage, or a fridge (2–8 °C) for short-term. Let the vial reach room temperature before opening so no moisture gets in. Keep away from light. Once mixed into liquid, a peptide breaks down much faster; store mixed solutions frozen in small portions and avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Freeze-dried peptides are shipped at room temperature, which is normal for a few days; on arrival, put them in the fridge or freezer. The full storage & handling guide covers the rest.

HPLC purity with the chromatogram and the method; identity by mass spec, with the observed mass next to the expected mass (in Da) and the spectrum; peptide content; salt form; water content (Karl Fischer); and endotoxin against a stated limit in EU/mg. It also gives the lot number, the testing laboratory, the lab's own report number with a link to its PDF, and the test date.

Type the lot number from the vial label into the Lot lookup page. Codes look like SRT-4256-SEM. If a code does not resolve, email us a photo of the label.

Because no lab report for that lot is posted yet. Every lot gets its own report, posted before that lot ships. Until then, the lot page shows the report layout, marked as a sample, with the purity specification (at least 99% by HPLC) in place of a measured value. It is not a certificate of analysis.
