Institutional & bulk supply, documented properly.
The whole catalogue — 211 SKUs across fourteen shelves and the Foundations, Targeted Research, Advanced Compounds bands — is available at volume. What changes at scale is not the price list so much as the lot discipline and the paperwork, which is usually what an institutional buyer actually needs.
Who this is for
Academic & university labs
Repeat orders against a grant or a study window, shipped to a department address, with the lot documentation a write-up needs.
Institutional buying offices
Purchase orders, invoices to a billing entity, tax-exemption paperwork, and a named contact who is not the person at the bench.
Private & contract research groups
Larger single draws, consolidated lots so a whole run shares one analysis, and quote-based pricing rather than list.
Corporate R&D and formulation teams
Reserved allocation held against a scheduled programme, released in tranches, with documentation issued per release.
What changes as volume grows
We do not publish a discount table, because a number printed without knowing the material, the quantity or the schedule is a guess dressed up as a commitment. What we can describe honestly is what actually changes at each level.
Catalogue
Ordinary orders through the site
- List pricing, standard flat-rate shipping, no minimum and no paperwork beyond the research-use acknowledgement.
- Units are drawn from whatever lot is on the shelf, and each one carries its own lot page and QR.
- Guest checkout or an account — your choice, and neither changes what you pay.
Consolidated
Volume large enough to draw from one lot
- We fill the whole quantity from a single lot wherever stock allows, so every unit in the delivery shares one analysis rather than three.
- Quote-based pricing agreed in writing before anything is packed, rather than a published discount table.
- Purchase orders accepted, with an invoice raised against your PO number and your billing entity.
- One documentation pack covering the allocation, issued against the lot pages rather than assembled by hand.
Reserved allocation
Standing supply against a programme
- A lot is set aside against your study window before it is drawn down, so a mid-programme lot change does not appear as an uncontrolled variable.
- Scheduled releases on your calendar, each shipped and documented as its own consignment.
- Net terms considered after an account review; the first release is normally prepaid while that is set up.
- A named contact on both sides, so the person who answers already knows the programme.
What we need from you
Send as much of this as you have in the first message and the quote comes back in one round instead of four. Nothing here is a credit check in disguise — it is what a compliant research supply relationship needs on file.
What we will not do
Supply anything for human or animal use, advise on human use, under-declare a shipment at a border, or agree to terms we do not intend to honour. Those are not negotiating positions.
- 1
The institution
Legal name of the buying entity, the billing address, and the ship-to address in full — department, building and room. Institutional deliveries fail on missing room numbers more than on anything else.
- 2
A named responsible contact
One person, with their role, work email and a phone number. They must be at least 21 and able to accept the research-use terms on the organisation's behalf.
- 3
The research-use acknowledgement
Signed, referencing the Research Use Only policy. It confirms the material stays in a laboratory setting and is handled, stored and disposed of under applicable law and good laboratory practice.
- 4
Purchase order or tax paperwork
A PO number where your finance office requires one, and a tax-exemption certificate where it applies. Send both before the quote is accepted so the invoice is right the first time.
- 5
Terms, if you are asking for them
Billing contact, accounts-payable email and the terms you need. We review, we answer plainly, and we say no rather than agreeing to something we will not honour.
- 6
Import authorisations, where relevant
For a cross-border allocation, confirmation that you hold whatever licence or permit your jurisdiction requires. You are the importer of record and we cannot obtain those for you.
Documentation across a whole allocation
Every unit Seratide ships already resolves to its own lot page — identity and potency against label claim, contaminant rows reported as conformance for supplement-form material, or purity, mass-spec identity and endotoxin for lyophilised material. Those pages are public and permanent, so a reviewer or a buying office can open them without an account or a shared login.
For a bulk allocation we issue that documentation as one pack covering every lot in the consignment, referenced to the same lot pages you can already open at the verification page. Where the whole allocation was drawn from a single consolidated lot, that is one analysis for the entire delivery — which is precisely why consolidation is worth asking for. Nothing in the pack is created specially for you; it is the same record anyone can check.
Analytical values shown on lot pages today are placeholder data pending production reports, and each lot page says so in-page. The structure, methods and specification limits are the real ones. We would rather you knew that before a quote than after a delivery.
Tell us what you need and when.
Institution, the SKUs and quantities, the delivery schedule, and whether a purchase order is involved. A person reads it — usually the same day — and comes back with a written quote rather than a form letter.
For Research Use Only. Not for human consumption. Not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary use. Bulk supply does not change that, and Seratide cannot advise on human use at any volume. The full terms are on the Research Use Only page and in our terms.
