Everything ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Lyophilized compounds are packed to protect stability in transit; temperature-sensitive items include appropriate cold packs where needed.

We ship across the United States with tracked carriers. Select international destinations are supported at checkout where lawful; the researcher is responsible for ensuring import compliance in their jurisdiction.

Store sealed vials cool and dark until reconstitution. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate and use within the appropriate research window. Each product page lists specific handling notes.

Because these are sensitive research materials, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned. If a shipment arrives damaged, or if an independent re-test shows a batch below its stated HPLC purity, we will replace it or refund it in full. Contact support within 14 days of delivery with your order and batch number.

The batch you receive matches the batch on its verification page. Scan the QR on the vial to confirm purity and identity the moment it arrives.
